After graduating from the university with B.L.Arch and GradDipRecnMgt, I worked 14 months on Cruise ships as Tour Guide and boat host in Milford Sound, New Zealand.

Working and living with colleagues from all over the world has brought me vast experience of working with people from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
I joined real estate with L J Hooker Wellington Central in 2005. After achieving No.2 in the office and Rookie of the year in 2006, I decided to challenge myself. I joined Guardian First National in March 2007, since then, I have won 9 awards including 2 Sapphire Achiever Award 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 continually; Rookie of the year by Guardian First National 2008; Top 20 Sales Consultant of First National New Zealand – Region 3 2008-2009 and 5 Chairman’s Awards.
My experience and cultural background had brought me great advantage in dealing with non-local clients especially non-English spoken Chinese. This ability ensures my vendor get the maximal exposure for their properties and highest possibility to seal the deal.
