Clara Wu understands the importance a strong marketing campaign plays in the sale of her clients' properties. Having graduated from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore where she studied fine arts and graphic design, and having worked as an advertising consultant visiting with clients around the world, Clara is more than equipped to market her clients’ properties to their best advantage.
Clara complements her marketing and advertising skills with a client focused approach. She works well with all people, is energetic and always provides honest, straight-forward advice. She is also able to speak fluent English, Mandarin, Malay, Cantonese and Hokkien and understands Shanghainese, Teochew and Indonesian. This allows Clara to assist a wide and diverse client base.
Clara was born in Malaysia and grew up in Singapore. Since moving to New Zealand 11 years ago, Clara has lived in West Auckland. She loves the area for its natural environment and native bush. Clara wanted to raise her two children in a more relaxed environment and they are thriving in the friendly West Auckland area.
Clara works with her husband Alfred Toh. Alfred was involved in real estate development with his family in Singapore and Malaysia where they built everything from family homes through to apartment blocks and shopping centres. With the help of Alfred, Clara is able to better enjoy a work/life balance and provide more efficient and effective client service.
