Since Joyce started selling real estate in 2005, she has received most of her business from referrals and repeat clientele. This is due in no small part to her ongoing communication throughout the sales process and her exceptional follow up service. Joyce has also been praised for her ability to find solutions, and make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Joyce has a university degree in Information Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing. She has previous work experience in the design and publishing industry and has been involved with a lot of new building projects.
Joyce developed strong marketing and negotiating skills while she was working for a large import/export company in China. Being fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, she is also able to build strong interpersonal relationships with people from various cultures and backgrounds.
