I joined the real estate industry in 2007, which was when it was at its peak but I have also worked through the recession. In fact, I did better during the down turn because I decided that I just needed to work harder and put extra effort in so I could make the sale.
Prior to real estate I worked in the building industry as a housing consultant. I assisted property developers with finding building sites, designing floor plans and colour matching interiors and exteriors. This experience means that I can also help my vendors with presenting their homes at its best to increase interest. I also have personal experience in buying and selling property so I know the rewards it can bring and I have extensive insight into the industry.
As a resident of the eastern suburbs, I have strong knowledge of the local residential property market which I can share with you. I am very passionate about this area because it is a multicultural community and it is close to amenities and beaches. I have lived here since arriving from Hong Kong in 1990. I speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English should you require specialist language skills.
