Ling graduated from Boston University in the USA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance and International Management. She then worked for 8 years at the Chase Manhattan Bank in Jakarta before joining American Express as a Treasury corporate trader.
Ling migrated to New Zealand and has been a permanent resident since 1999. She is proficient in three languages, Chinese Mandarin, Indonesian and of course English. Her language proficiency ensures that properties listed with her get exposure to a wider market segment.
Ling joined Barfoot & Thompson in 2002 because the company has a reputation for integrity and honesty. In her first year she was one of the top 10 achievers in the branch.
